Who Should Sign Up?

Graduation Year: Any (but ideally 2027 or 2028)
Interests: IB/PE/HF/VC/S&T/etc.
Diversity: Any and all forms of diversity (no restrictions)

What Are Signing Up For?

Live Lessons/Training: 10 weekly live lessons regarding everything necessary to excel at recruiting. Attendance is highly encouraged, but not required.
Resources: Access to all of DOWS resources, from interview questions to Diversity Program Trackers.
Mentorship: Access to upperclassmen and full-time mentors who you can text with Q's at any time.
Community: A large and growing community of fellow diverse individuals interested in finance.
No mandatory commitment necessary: At minimum you are simply in a group chat, but are encouraged to join the lessons/training and utilize the resources.
